JOINT JOB EVALUATION COMMITTEE (JJEC)
The purpose of the JJEC is a collaborative process where both employer and union representatives work together to measure and compare jobs, ensuring fair wage structures and pay equity. It is done by evaluating skill, effort, responsibility, and working conditions to eliminate pay inequities (especially gender-based) and establish objective, consistent pay grades.

TRUSTEES
Trustees perform an annual audit of the Union’s finances, to ensure that expenses are being properly documented and that members’ dues are being used responsibly.

BYLAW COMMITTEE
The Bylaw Committee meets at least every 2 years to review our internal Bylaws and make recommendations to improve them so that our Union can better serve the needs of its members.
