Our bylaws set out the rules for how our local democratically elects our representatives, and how it is run. Bylaws are reviewed by our Bylaw Committee every two years and approved by CUPE National before adoption.
CUPE 241 is also subject to CUPE’s National Constitution. Our bylaws are a complement to this document which applies to the entire organization, across Canada.
